Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd on Wednesday said it has fixed a price band at Rs 133-140 per equity share for its Rs 410.05 crore initial public offering (IPO) that opens for public subscription on January 6.
The public issue of Standard Glass Lining Technology is set to become the first mainboard IPO of 2025.
The company has reduced the size of its offer for sale component to nearly 1.43 crore equity shares from 1.84 crore shares as planned earlier.
The three-day initial public offering (IPO) will conclude on January 8 and the bidding for anchor investors will open on January 3, the company said in a statement.
At the end of the upper price band, the company is going to fetch up to Rs 410.05 crore from the IPO. Investors can bid for a minimum of 107 shares and in multiples thereof, it added.
The Telangana-based company's IPO is a combination of fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 210 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.43 crore shares by promoters and other ..

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday voluntarily relinquished the subsidy on all five power connections registered in his name.
He also said that affluent citizens with multiple electricity connections should relinquish subsidies to support the development of the state.
Submitting the required documents to Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board chairman Sanjay Gupta, Sukhu urged the well-off individuals in the state to follow suit by using the online portal of the board, or by calling helpline numbers 1100 or 1912, or by visiting their nearest electricity sub-division.
Addressing a press conference, the chief minister said all the Cabinet members and Congress MLAs in the state have agreed to forgo their subsidies following detailed discussions.

India's total greenhouse gas emissions in 2020 declined by 7.93 per cent compared to 2019, while its GDP emission intensity fell 36 per cent between 2005 and 2020, according to new data submitted to the UN climate change office.
In its fourth Biennial Update Report (BUR-4) submitted to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on December 30, India said its total greenhouse gas emissions -- excluding land use, land-use change, and forestry (LULUCF) -- amounted to 2,959 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (MtCO2e) and 2,437 MtCO2e including LULUCF.
"Total national emissions (including LULUCF) have decreased by 7.93 per cent with respect to 2019 and increased by 98.34 per cent since 1994," according to the report.
"India has progressively continued decoupling economic growth from greenhouse gas emissions. Between 2005 and 2020, India's gross domestic product (GDP) emission intensity reduced by 36 per cent," it said.
